Good. Everything on time . I haven’t tried ask to change tutor before. Likely would change next tutor. Mr Loh seems not suitable for my daughter.

Ms Ong is a serious and gentle tutor. She takes time to understand my girl Chinese standard before advising us on how to help her to improve her Chinese. She will give me updates on the homework given and on how she can improve. Ms Chen puts heart to the learning materials and content delivery. At times when my daughter couldn’t understand her explanation in mandarin, she would explain again in English, which helped a lot with understanding the Chinese vocabulary. She also teaches techniques to help students answering exam questions.
