How Do I Register For A Tuition Teacher?
Do I Have To Pay Any Extra Fees?
MindFlex’s matching services are free-of-charge for its clients. Clients are only required to pay for lessons that have been arranged and conducted. The first 2 weeks of lesson fees (or otherwise stated) are usually allocated to MindFlex as the agency’s commission for the arrangements. This amount will be deducted from the tutor’s fees.
As MindFlex is a GST-Registered company, there is a 7% GST imposed only on the agency’s fees. This is a one-off payment and no GST will be required for any future payments to the tutor directly. The details on the amount to pay will be clearly stated in the tuition confirmation note and invoice issued to you upon confirming tuition lessons with MindFlex.
What Are The Types of Tutors Available?
We have 3 main types of tutors available, Part-Time Tutors, Full-Time Tutors and EX/Current MOE Teachers. More details and information about these tutors may be found at the following link.

What If The Tutor Is Not Suitable?
In the case whereby the selected tutor is not suitable, MindFlex will be happy to arrange an immediate change of tutor for you at no additional cost. However, these cases are rare as MindFlex only arranges top-quality tutors to ensure that our clients are satisfied. Lessons conducted with the previous tutor will still need to be paid for.
How Is Payment Made?
Upon completion of the 1st 2 week of lessons with the tutor, clients may pay 2 weeks of lesson fees via either the following payment methods:
1. PayNow to UEN 202206896K, MindFlex Education Pte. Ltd.
2. Bank Transfer to DBS Corporate Account 072-023341-7, MindFlex Education Pte. Ltd.
3. Cheque issued to MindFlex Education Pte. Ltd. (please contact us first before issuing cheque)
Subsequent payments from the 3rd week onwards is to be made directly to the tutor in a mutually agreeable payment method.
What If I Need To Reschedule My Lesson?
In the case that a reschedule of the first lesson is necessary, you will be required for inform us at least 4 hours in advance. If this condition is not met, you will be liable for 50% of the first lessons fees in compensation of the tutor’s time and transport costs.
If the lessons rescheduling is outside our working hours (Mon-Sun 9.30am to 7.15pm), you will be required to contact the tutor directly to reschedule.
