me and my partner visited for the mahjong tile resin workshop using sg’s culture pass and we really enjoyed our experience here
the provided materials were so much more than enough to decorate our tiles! there’s a wide variety of good quality material and our tiles ended up sooooo stunning. the space was vibrant yet neat, and definitely big enough for bigger groups
the staff member really led us through the whole process so patiently which we are so grateful for as people who are artistically challenged… even though we took longer than the session’s duration, the staff member was very kind enough ti let us continue working on our tiles while completing other store tasks and still helping us when we needed!! i loved learning more about the sg art scene from him as well
thank you for making this experience so amazing!!❤️ please let us know the name of the staff member who led us through this session so we can thank him again 🙂
My friends and I had fun doing the resin koi pond workshop. The instructor was very friendly and patient, giving good advice and assisting us along the way. There’s plenty of resources and colours to choose from!
Just make to have a design / reference photo before you go. The workshop is only 1.5h so don’t waste time thinking!!
Did the UV Resin and the instructor was really patient and great at assisiting us with the process. Had lots of fun with ny friend and pacing of the lesson was ok for me to pick up 🙂 Workshop was done indoor which is something to note (Not sure how unsafe uv resin fumes are)
Attended the koi resin workshop today and it was fun! Loved that there were many options given to us like glitters, sand, little decorative pieces. the instructions were also clear. my mom and I had lots of fun.
the only feedback is that our facilitator was conducting two different workshops simultaneously which meant that our facilitator had their hands full and couldn’t provide as much support as we wanted. there were times where we needed help and we had to wait for a while before we received help to resolve it.
also, my mom’s resin developed massive bubble while curing and luckily she pulled it out of the UV immediately upon noticing and the bubble fortunately did not set. while it was not the facilitator’s fault that this happened, it would have been less of a shock if we were informed to keep an eye on our resin while it is curing.
otherwise, it was lot of fun and i recommend everyone to have a go!
I had single handedly the best time doing their cyanotyping workshop!! I was making a gift for my girlfriend which was a bit ambitious but Andrea and Zheshi were SO accommodating. I ended up taking an extra hour (supposed to finish 8.30, finished my project 9.30) and they were so helpful all throughout. I told them I could come back another time but they said it was okay. Great supplies, I love how much freedom they allowed with the project and just how encouraging they were throughout. Also SO funny and kind. Looking forward to coming back!!!

We have been sending our child to Go Bananas! since 2020 and she truly enjoys her weekly art sessions. The environment is cosy and the teachers are all very nurturing. It's been rewarding to see her developing her own artistic style under the guidance of her teachers over the years. A big thank you to the teachers too for encouraging her to participate in the recent Hungarian Month Drawing Competition where she won first place! It was such a fantastic experience for her. Highly recommend Go Bananas! for art classes as well as holiday art camps.
Booked a play date art class for 11kids. So grateful to them for extending their opening hours specially for us. The kids had a great time and came out with beautiful art work! Thank you so much again and will definitely do it again!
Kids had so much fun! The studio space is huge and lots of room to conduct birthday events and arts and crafts activities. Highly recommended to host birthday events. The teachers are friendly and well trained with kids.
We signed our daughter up for art classes as she is showing interest in painting and drawing back at home and in school! Because of her age (she’s only 2), we were initially worried about how she would take to a drop-off class. She now looks forward to going to art classes every week, and she is slowly adapting to drop off bit by bit! Just this week, she has stopped crying completely and went in and said bye to me! This is all thanks to the teachers at Go Bananas! that patiently coax and make her feel comfortable at class! They are very understanding and patient too. Because the first 2 lessons she took awhile to settle in, they asked if we could come by 30 minutes earlier before lesson starts so she could take her time to settle down. It is difficult to find such a caring and understanding teaching team now! So glad we have found them 🙂

This is a late post. We had our daughter’s 7th birthday party there with a bunch of her friends (total 18 kids) and they all had a blast! The hosts were all very nice and accommodating and were very friendly to all the kids! It’s a tough task but they all got it done. Would love to come back again next time for another event!
I chanced upon a painting outside the studio and instantly fell in love. Decided to give it a try… Oh man, oil painting isn’t easy. The process, the layers, the details… so much patience needed. Grateful for Teacher Liya, so patient with me every step of the way. Strongly recommend giving oil painting a try!
My daughter and I recently did the Jellycat-inspired Bearbrick workshop at Artist Avenue, and it was such a wonderful experience!
Teacher Liya was our main guide, she was incredibly patient, encouraging, and gave us just the right amount of help while still letting us create our own unique art piece. Teacher JJ was always around too, ready to support and answer any questions we had. Their balance of guidance and freedom made the session so enjoyable and stress-free. My daughter absolutely loved it. She was super engaged the whole time and couldn't stop smiling while working on her fluffy Bearbrick. The cozy studio atmosphere, good materials, and fun theme made it a perfect parent-child bonding activity. Highly recommend this workshop to families looking for something creative and memorable! Thank you, Teacher Liya, Teacher JJ, and the Artist Avenue team! We'll definitely be back for more.
I’m superbly not artistically inclined but Leah was so patient. She not only helped to brainstorm for ideas but even helped to break down the picture into simple achievable steps! She also helped to touch up certain areas of my painting and was super good at mixing the colours! (Thought she had a color palette in her eyes!)
Time flew past so fast and I throughly enjoyed the session! Thanks so much Leah & Artist Avenue!!! 10000% recommended for anyone interested to do some paintings! 😁
We are both non artistically inclined and we wanted to try something new. It was a fun experience.
Leah was very helpful and patient throughout the session. She guided us step-by-step to achieve what we wanted as closely as possible.

Love the batik clay workshop! Made a beautiful pair of earrings under guidance of Cheryl, our instructor, who was very patient, clear and helpful. Recommend to all who still have culture pass credits!
We had a lovely time doing the batik clay accessories workshop. Sarah was brilliant and very patient with us as she explained and demonstrated the different options of how to create different shapes and textures. She was a great guide in helping us achieve the ideas we had in mind without taking over. She gave us the space and time we needed to complete our craft.
Required quite a bit of dexterity and took more than 2 hours (including 20 minutes for it to bake), so it would be good to account for some buffer time.
Unexpectedly very fun and hands on experience. Instructor Cheryl was patient and amazing, guiding me and my wife thru the entire process of making our own batik earrings. A relaxed and great couple activity to sign up for!
Had a very enjoyable session with Cheryl as an instructor. So proud of my craft! I’m not artistic but was able to follow with ease. Will definitely recommend this workshop!
I had a wonderful experience at Hands On Klay Pte. Ltd! I attended both the Batik Accessories Workshop with Sara and the Silver Clay Ring Making Workshop with Cheryl, and thoroughly enjoyed every moment.
Sara was patient, engaging, and provided clear guidance throughout the batik session. The workshop was well-structured, allowing participants to explore their creativity while learning about the batik-making process. I was delighted to bring home a unique handcrafted accessory.
The silver clay ring making workshop with Cheryl was equally fantastic. Cheryl was knowledgeable, encouraging, and attentive to each participant’s needs. She guided us through every step of the process, making it easy and enjoyable even for beginners. It was incredibly satisfying to create and wear a ring that I made myself.
Both workshops were hands-on, relaxing, and rewarding. The instructors created a welcoming atmosphere, and all materials were thoughtfully prepared. I highly recommend Hands On Klay to anyone looking for a fun, creative, and memorable crafting experience. Looking forward to joining more workshops in the future!

We loved our experience at the Art Journey! We celebrated our daughter’s 9th bday and we had the Mosaic Art Party. Kids were happy with the creative options available and created wonderful lamps, photo frame, jewelry box and on top relished the Gelato! The staff was very supportive and Jen, in particular, was very kind and helpful. She went out of way to help with decorations, table settings and ensured the entire group was comfortable! Thanks Jen for making it so special for us, we will certainly come back again! #artjourney #jenthebest
Wife and I enjoyed our Art Jamming session here. Despite being beginners in painting, we felt really comforted by the guidance provided by teacher Sally.
Throughout the session, despite her busy workload, she always tried her best to give us the necessary pointers and help us mix paint colours.
We are very satisfied with our very first art jamming experience here, and do recommend it to couples looking to try out art jamming.
Overall we paid $30 per pax for a 30cm x 30cm canvas each, and additional $20 for guidance by the teachers.
My six year old had been attending and enjoying themed workshop with teacher Lily. Hence we thought why not celebrate his 6th birthday in his familiar environment? It was a no regret! My son and his friends had a blast in the clay workshop! Teacher Jen helped with the snacks preparation, table setup and post celebration clearing up. Kids had fun with clay and adults are enjoying themselves in the cosy place with some getting mosaic art too! Thank you teacher Jen and team for the wonderful celebration!
Brought the girls to a DIY mosaic art workshop, and it was a fantastic experience. The instructor, Jen was knowledgeable, patient, and super friendly, guiding the girls to create their own stunning mosaic art pieces. Materials were all provided, and the girls had the freedom to choose colors and designs they loved. The workshop was well-structured yet flexible, allowing the girls to work at their own pace without feeling rushed. Everyone had a fun and safe experience. The best part? We got to bring home the finished masterpiece! I would definitely recommend this place for a fun DIY session. There’s also a cafe for some drinks and desserts .

My son truly enjoys his art class at Art Wonderland! We joined Art Wonderland in April 2023, and I've seen a remarkable transformation. Initially, he was reserved in class, but now he independently explores materials and uses techniques he has learned. He's even shown a keen interest in learning more about different drawing methods at home!
I appreciate how Teacher Grace is always welcoming and patient. She is open-minded, allowing the children to incorporate their interests into their art while applying the techniques they learn in class. The unique art pieces the kids create every lesson are truly impressive!
The excursions and exhibitions throughout the year also provide an eye-opening experience for the children. These activities elevate their art experience and allow them to see their work displayed in a gallery, showcasing their achievements.
Thank you for making art so enjoyable and inspiring for the children!
All my boys attend art lessons at Art Wonderland. What I really like about the lessons is that they learn about art history, techniques and interesting facts about various art mediums. The teachers are also able to teach all 3 boys from different age groups and they can attend the same art lesson weekly. The brothers bond over the lessons and really enjoy themselves every week. Despite the covid-19 pandemic, Art Wonderland has managed to make it work and continue to improve their teaching techniques both online and offline. Thank you Art Wonderland for the amazing, creative and colourful art lessons! 🙂
My daughter has been exploring her creative side with Art Wonderland for 3 years. Her Kindergarten Teachers have always pointed out my daughter’s advanced fine motor skills which I believe has been cultivate during her time at Art Wonderland. She is able to think creatively and is a very inspired child. I’ve also notice how resourceful she has become when it comes down to executing her ideas during playtime. I think that art should play a bigger part in our children’s education as the benefits are profound.
My girl has been attending classes at Art Wonderland for more than a year. The curriculum is very interesting as different medium is used for each class like acrylic, water colours, chalk, ink, etc and the works they have created are not just drawing or painting. They can create models, clay art, trinkets and many more. And teacher Lena is very knowledgeable and patient. Instead of just diving into an art piece, she will explain the theme, how to use the different materials to bring out the different effects, etc. Strongly recommend this art school.
My 7yo daughter has had 2 sessions with Art Wonderland so far - textile designer and animation. She enjoyed really herself. Although online classes are rather challenging for her, the teachers were patient in guiding the class through it and the small class size helped as well.

I visited a pottery painting studio for the first time yesterday and it was amazing! The staff was super friendly and patient. She guided us on how to get our drawings to look better, assisted in colour mixing to get a closer colour to our reference picture and assured us that we can look for her shall we need any assistance. Although the end product wasn’t perfect because our drawing isn’t perfect, but her help and patience have definitely help us. We almost didn’t finish but the studio was not full at the point of time so she kindly extended our time a little. If it’s your first, I’ll recommend if you search for ur design or brainstorm beforehand. The studio fee is $28 for 1.5h including all the material you need (paint/brush/etc), it also ensures your pottery is food-safe, and the additional cost depends on the type of pottery u choose. what we got was the small plate ($18) and big plate ($28). Her drawing and painting skills have improved significantly, and she’s more confident expressing herself through art. We couldn’t be happier!
The teachers are very nice and approachable. I am always able to learn something new every lesson. The teachers are more like friends and mentors that have supported me in my portfolio completion. This institution has greatly supported me in terms of helping find my passion in visual arts as well as also helped in providing materials and guidance when needed.
The art class is really good, and the teacher is very nice. I have been coming here for 10 years, and I have learned a lot. It is a very conducive environment, and it feels safe for students to show their skills and express their emotions. No one judges you based on your skill level—what matters most is that we enjoy the classes. Not only that, this place is also committed to teaching students and helping them build a strong portfolio for college or any art school.
My son has been studying Art for the last 3 years at Little Artists and I can vouch for their patience & genuine interest in students even with varying degrees of abilities & understanding. Their teachers have art certifications and are capable of teaching multiple art techniques across various medium. They are extremely patient and shape children's interests in arts whether it is for further academic progress or personal interest. I would really recommend Little Artists to other parents & students.
This art studio is one of the most amazing places I've been! I started coming here a little under a year ago, and i am extremely pleasantly surprised. The teachers push you to figure out your own style, letting you figure out your art journey with very specific and helpful critiques. In a very short time i have greatly improved as an artist. Very rarely have I come across a studio that is this good at teaching you to be an artist!

How to Choose the Best Arts and Crafts Workshops for Your Child
Child’s interests: Consider whether your child prefers drawing, painting, pottery, jewellery, sculpture, mixed media or open-ended experimentation.
Suitable age: Confirm that activities, tools, instructions and session lengths suit your child’s developmental stage and attention span.
Instructor experience: Ask about teachers’ artistic backgrounds and experience guiding children in the relevant age group.
Teaching style: Decide whether your child responds better to structured demonstrations, playful discovery, self-directed making or a balanced approach.
Creative freedom: Check whether projects allow individual choices instead of requiring every participant to produce an identical finished piece.
Technical foundations: Older or committed learners may benefit from programmes covering observation, composition, perspective, colour theory and material handling.
Class attention: Ask about group size, teacher-to-student ratios and assistant support, especially for beginners or children needing closer guidance.
Material safety: Confirm that tools, paints, adhesives and other supplies are age-appropriate, well maintained and used with suitable supervision.
Studio environment: Visit where possible to assess cleanliness, ventilation, workspace organisation, accessibility and your child’s comfort in the setting.
Programme progression: Look for clear levels, longer projects, milestone feedback or portfolio pathways if your child wants sustained development.
Confidence building: Choose a setting where instructors encourage questions, experimentation and reflection while treating mistakes as part of creative learning.
Portfolio support: Families considering DSA, SOTA or later art applications should ask how mentoring and project selection are personalised.
Practical arrangements: Compare lesson schedules, MRT or bus access, drop-off rules, rescheduling terms and school-holiday availability before committing.
Complete pricing: Check whether quoted fees include materials, glazing, firing, equipment, registration, deposits, overtime or accompanying-adult charges.
Trial options: A trial or single workshop can reveal whether the pace, instructor relationship and activity format suit your child.
