My girls recently completed their one-week holiday camp at Newton Show - JollyMix Multi-Activity and it was a truly wonderful experience. They were so proud to receive their certificates at the end of the week!
The camp offered a great variety of activities that encouraged curiosity through play and learning. From hands-on crafts to simple science experiments, the programme was engaging and well thought out. One of their absolute favourites was making slime, they couldn’t stop talking about it!
The teachers were engaging, supportive and attentive and it was clear that the children were well cared for throughout the camp. My girls enjoyed every day and always looked forward to going back.
This is a very exciting development camp. The children are always busy playing with other children. The program can be different, but we really liked the multifunctional one. There is a school bus that you can see through the app. In addition, every day you can see new photos of how the children spent the day. It's very cool. My child is looking forward to returning to
my 9 year old boy loves the harry potter wizarding camp and he has absolutely enjoyed all the activities. he is excited and brought home daily the hand made items. he looks forward to join the magic camp again and asked me to sign him up for the mad science camp. My daughter just finished the 3-day CNY camp at the Swiss Club, and she had an absolutely wonderful time! This was her second time joining a program organized by The Mindful Camp, highly recommended for any parents looking for a high-quality, engaging camp experience!
This is a great camp. My nine year old son had a really fun week. They have a good base, lots of interesting stuff, they organized a lively program of different activities, and Dini and her colleagues are great camp leaders. Highly recommended. 👍🏻👍🏻
the daily social emotion lessons were very well carried out and benefited my child! in-camp activities were fun, dragon boating and amazing race field trip was awesome and the carnival was a blast!
for the campers coming from strangers to teamwork in a week, it was really the teachers that made the difference!
especially Teacher Hara, Shaheen, and Shafiq, its rare to come by pro active, decisive, impactful and fun educators! the impromptu song performance really moved my heart, thank you!! for watching over the children, the updates and the decisiveness in handling issues, truly appreciate it 🙏🏻
This is our second time joining the camp, and it has been a fantastic experience once again. My kids had so much fun, and always came home excited with new stories.
Big thanks to the River team, Dini, Audrey, and the Mountain team - Sonia, Ana, Charlotte, and Fatin - for creating such a warm, fun, and caring environment. Truly appreciate all the effort and highly recommend!
Truly grateful to the Mindful Camp team for the wonderful resilience camp experience my son had. The administration was exceptionally clear with their instructions and reminders, and the dedicated chat group for daily updates was a huge help for working parents like us. Although my boy has attended various camps before, this was the first time he came home overflowing with happiness every single day throughout the five-day program. He shared stories about how unique, fun, and adventurous the activities were, and it was clear how much he connected with the team. He especially wants to thank all the teachers for giving him what he described as the best experience he’s ever had. If there’s an opportunity, he would absolutely love to join again. This camp truly made a lasting impact.

We live nearby and have been bringing our two kids here for years. Honestly, we just wanted them to spend more time outdoors and avoid the constant temptation of TVs and iPads.
It’s really different from everything else around here — not another indoor play centre. There’s nothing fancy about it, but kids don’t need that. They just enjoy being outside and playing freely.
It genuinely feels like a place designed for kids. It actually reminds me of how I grew up back home. I never expected to find something like this in Singapore.
If you’re looking for something that really gets your kids outdoors, it’s definitely worth trying. They also offer a variety of programmes and different price points.
Both my children attend Wildlings Forest School Club and I can't recommend it highly enough. My two are very different, an active 4 year old boy and a creative, emotionally aware 10 year old girl, but the Forest School leaders provide such a variety of experiences that there's something for each of them every single week. We've been going for years and it's never repetitive (not just forever practising a forward roll or how to kick a ball!). The effort from the leaders is huge and we really appreciate how creative they are. Thank you Wildlings🙏🏽
We go to Wildlings Nature Play at both Dempsey and West Coast Park and love it. It's always a little different each time, not like indoor play-gyms which are the same formula every visit and a bit overwhelming with colors and noise plus I do worry about the germs in those places. Wildlings recently started doing free interactive tours and things like feeding the chickens as part of Nature Play which was a lovely surprise the other day. We love it and go whenever we can and for all the events which are super fun.
Absolutely brilliant party! We had a campsite party at Dempsey the staff where amazing I was nervous about safety but they had it all under control and were very conscious of the safety of the kids and also encouraged and ensured every child had an experience lighting the fire and chopping wood. We would highly recommend Wildlings for a party! Thanks so much to the lovely staff who were so patient and kind!

Very happy made the right choice to engage Prodigy! Coaches V and Yoyo engaged with the kids easily and kids have loads of fun. Coaches even helped to cut and distribute the cake and food ☺️ and even try to coax a kid who was upset. Very considerate and good service. Will come back again ☺️
We had an amazing experience with Prodigy team for my daughter's bday. Everything was setup when we reached there and it was minimal effort on our part. The coaches engaged the kids so well and everyone loved it! The highlight for my daughter was the rock climbing! Thank you team Prodigy 😊
Had a wonderful experience at Prodigy! The place is perfect for a fun-filled and energetic kids’ birthday party. The kids had an amazing time with all the sports activities and games, and everything was very well organized.
A special shoutout to Coaches V and Harish – they were absolutely fantastic with the children! Their energy, patience, and way of engaging the kids made the whole experience even more enjoyable. They ensured every child felt included and had loads of fun.
Highly recommend Prodigy for birthdays and kids’ activities. Great team, great vibes, and unforgettable memories for the kids!
The Prodigy team always delivers. We organised a birthday party for our daughter at their venue and the team came up with engaging activities for the group. We had Coach Rus, Coach Harish and Coach Tiara taking care of our group for this party. The kids enjoyed the party very much and the coaches were able to actively engage the kids for the full duration of the activity. My daughter was very happy with her party and she loved it a lot. The planning process was also smooth and the team tried their best to accommodate any requests.
Thank you to the Prodigy team for making this birthday party one to remember!
Charlene and the team were fantastic. The coaches took great care of all the kids, thoughtfully designing engaging games with zero screen time and keeping everyone involved and it’s no easy task with a bunch of energetic 7-year-olds! 😊
My wife and I are absolutely delighted with the arrangements, the venue, the choice of games, and the time spent with the Prodigy team celebrating our son’s 7th birthday. Thank you for making it such a memorable experience.

We recently hosted our company CNY luncheon at Hollandse Club, and it was a fantastic success! 🎉
The venue was beautiful, spacious, and created such a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our celebration. Our guests absolutely loved the setting, and the food was excellent — well-prepared, delicious, and enjoyed by everyone.
A special thank you to their Catering & Events Sales Manager, Saraa Salim, who was incredibly accommodating and helpful throughout the entire process — before, during, and even after the event. She was responsive, attentive to our needs, and made the planning completely stress-free.
We’d also like to commend the wonderful service team and their manager, Zul, who ensured everything ran smoothly on the day itself. The team was professional, attentive, and proactive, which truly elevated the overall experience.
Thank you, Hollandse Club, for making our CNY luncheon such a memorable and seamless event. We would definitely recommend the venue for corporate functions and celebrations!
Nice place to host party at the function room.Place, quiet and like back to olden days time. Parking space is plenty. But road up ,notice no pedestrian walkway,so walk with care. And less than 5 min walk from busstop.
Very family friendly so expect a lot of kids running around on weekends. Three swimming pools are nice. The bathroom , shower can get busy during the peak weekend period.
Nice environment and staffs are friendly to assist. Cozy place to relax and children can join their classes here. I like the food in the Resturant . Highly recommended.
Been more than a decade since my last visit. Came for Friday sundowner at about 5.30pm, I like that it’s not crowded, the old world charm in this colonial building nestled amongst some greens , by the poolside .. and a bottle of Sauvignon blanc 👍🏻 stayed on for dinner, love the fish from the fish and chips. Absolutely love the Indian menu, The prawns Tikka is an excellent carb free choice , spicy with the refreshing mint yoghurt sauce 🦐 will return to try other stuff and for a wind down 🍷

It was an exciting class for 5 y/o! My daughter and I took a Build a Drone Program. For my daughter who just starts to learn how a drone works, it was a great first step to take this program. The instructors are fun and engaging. They emphasized the key points to build and fly the drone. So that my daughter remembered those points very well! Thank you for the fun and constructive session with us 🙂
My daughter totally enjoyed her first ranger camp during this dec hols! Initially she was worried over making new friends during the camp but her worries were unfound. The facilitators were awesome, meticulous and always making sure that safety is first. Highly recommended for parents who want their children to experience a good holiday camp!
Little Rangers organises the most fun camps for kids! The activities are varied so no two camps are the same (i.e not boring for the kids!); instructors are super engaging and energetic and they know just how to make it fun for the kids. My son looks forward to the camps every holiday. Special kudos to Instructor Tze Hao (to the kids, Instructor Zero :)) who from day one has been great in responding and keeping an eye out for my son when he needs a little more support. Three camps to date and counting: I'm reaching out each holiday to find out when the camps are!
A great experience for my son in this 2 days holiday camp. He is able to experience activities that we parents hardly will think of or even don’t have the luxury of time to bring him to. Team spirit in his first laser tag game and some physical activity which bring him up close with the nature are all memorable lifelong to him. Most importantly, he enjoyed it. Looking forward to another adventure with little rangers.
The outdoors are best explored with little buddies and with pros best placed to deliver the experiences safely without being over protective. Little Rangers did a really great job organising the camp - rain or shine.
Ethan was so excited to share the days' adventures. And looking at the photos, the kids had a really great time on the Commando Camp.

As someone who operates a high performance gymnastics club in the UK and has coached at Olympic level, I do not say this lightly. The standard at The Yard Gymnastics is exceptional.
From the moment you step into the facility, you can see this is not an average gymnastics venue. The equipment provision is elite. Full size apparatus, high quality sprung floor, competition standard bars and beams, well spaced layout, and a clear understanding of athlete flow and safety. The setup has been designed for serious development, not just participation.
What impressed me most was the structure of the programme. Even within recreational classes, there is technical intent. Shapes are corrected. Basics are reinforced. Strength is developed properly. There is no rushing athletes onto skills they are not ready for. The foundations are built the right way.
The coaching team demonstrates a strong technical understanding of biomechanics, progressions, and long term athlete development. Spotting is correct. Corrections are specific. Standards are clear. There is discipline, but it is paired with encouragement and professionalism.
From a performance perspective, the pathway is evident. You can see how an athlete could enter at recreational level and progress through structured stages into competitive squads. That kind of clarity is rare and speaks volumes about leadership and vision.
The culture is also impressive. Athletes are respectful. Coaches are aligned. Sessions run with intent. It feels like a serious performance environment while still being positive and inspiring for young gymnasts.
Having worked in multiple facilities internationally, I can confidently say this is one of the best gymnastics environments in Singapore by a significant margin. The investment in equipment, coaching standards, and operational professionalism is clear.
From one club to another, this is how a modern, high level gymnastics facility should be run.
I booked this for my daughter’s 6 birthday party and it was great! The viewing area was beautifully decorated and lovely to watch the kids from. They are properly qualified coaches who managed a big group of excited 5-6 year olds wonderfully. The party bags were great and the staff were so lovely. Fiqah was a star - thank you to all who involved!
Both my kids attended the yard, enjoying learning gymnastics as well as basic parkour skills. It's a great gym for beginners as well as those looking for a serious team to take part in competitions.
Located past Science Centre on the left of the road, The Yard is among a row of gyms and other sporting facilities. Sending my child for gym classes here and so far, he has been enjoying it. Drop off area is equipped with temperature scanner and hand sanitiser. Friendly staff at counter to assist the hordes of eager parents. Pick up area is at the side of the building, by the car parking bay. Gym area is relatively large with a wide array of equipment from rings to vaulting horse or whatever you call it, spring boards and loads of mattresses. Seems pretty organised as you can see groups of classes of about 7 students each, moving by groups to certain areas or equipment.

Our child has been with the centre for over two years, and from day one, we felt genuinely welcomed and supported. The admin team is warm and approachable, and the teachers are patient, caring, and dedicated. We’ve seen not only improvement in our child’s English, but also a boost in confidence and love for learning. We’re truly thankful for the commitment and heart they put into every child. Highly recommended to parents looking for a nurturing and effective English enrichment programme.
The principal of this school, who wear glasses and has short hair, is very responsible and patient when communicating with children’s parents. She is sincere and kind. The reception are also very nice. Every time I asked them questions, they responded quickly. I feel relieved to have my daughter here.
We likes L central. My two kids enjoyed the class. Their English improved after few months lessons. The Teachers here are experience. The staffs here are friendly and helpful. Whenever I need help they always provide option and suggestion.
LCentral (Jurong East) provides a conducive and joyful environment for learning. The teachers are engaging and warm, and they are genuine and competent in developing the children’s interest in learning. The administrative staff is patient and friendly when they interact with parents. LCentral (Jurong East) is definitely a choice centre to build strong foundation of phonics and reading in children.
My kids have been learning Phonics and English in this outlet for about 2 yrs, I like that the teachers often take the initiative to give feedback to me re my kids' progress, especially teacher Scott, who shows genuine concern for his students' progress by giving very specific and detailed feedback so that I am aware of their progress and can help my children while at home. The manager and front desk staff are also very friendly and helpful and often try their best to help me in arranging makeup classes or plan for me a better class schedule as I have a few children attending their classes. That really solved a lot of logistics issues for me and I'm extremely grateful for that. Will highly recommend them for anyone looking for Phonics/English classes for their children.

How to Choose the Best Speech and Drama Academy for Your Child
Teacher experience: Look for centres with qualified teachers who have relevant experience in speech, drama, theatre, communication, or early childhood education. This is particularly important for younger children or those who need gentle guidance.
Teaching style: Some programmes prioritise performance, while others focus on communication, literacy, creativity, or confidence-building. Choose one that fits your child’s temperament and goals.
Age fit: Make sure the programme suits your child’s developmental stage. Preschoolers benefit from more movement and play, while older children may prefer structured performance tasks.
Confidence-building approach: For shy children, pick centres that encourage gradual participation rather than pushing them straight into performances.
Communication outcomes: Decide what you want your child to gain, whether it is clearer speech, storytelling skills, stage confidence, or social communication.
Creative balance: Find programmes that balance structured learning with imaginative exploration so children can discover while they develop speaking habits.
Class size: Smaller classes usually give each child more chances to speak and receive individual attention, which matters in speech and drama.
Progress and feedback: Centres that provide progress tracking, milestone updates, or performance and grading pathways make it easier to see improvement.
Performance opportunities: Some children thrive on in-class presentations and productions, while others may prefer fewer public performances. Choose accordingly.
Learning environment: A warm and supportive space helps younger or new students feel comfortable and settle in.
Exam or certification pathway: If you want a longer-term enrichment plan, check whether the centre offers accredited assessments or progression routes.
Location and routine: Pick a centre that fits your family schedule. A convenient location encourages regular attendance.
Price transparency: Check whether fees are clearly stated and whether extra costs apply for materials, assessments, or performances.
Child personality match: An expressive child may do well in a theatrical setting, while a quieter child may benefit from a nurturing class that focuses on steady participation.
Trial and observation: Ask about trial lessons or observation opportunities to see if the teaching style and classroom vibe suit your child.

Excellent customer service from MindFlex Home Tuition Megan. She was very patient, responsive, and took the time to understand my child’s learning needs and goals before recommending a tutor. Megan provided suitable options and helped us find a good English tutor who matched my child’s learning style. The whole process was smooth, professional, and stress-free. I appreciate her dedication and prompt follow-up throughout. Highly recommend Megan to parents looking for reliable support in finding the right tutor for their child.
I’m very grateful to MindFlex, especially Alyssa and her team, for their patience and dedication in helping to source a suitable tutor for my son.
This is the 2nd time I look for them to source a tutor. This time round I had more specific requirements, including the tutor’s age group, gender and most importantly, someone who is patient and able to communicate well with students who are weaker in Chinese. Alyssa and the team were understanding, responsive and professional throughout the entire process.
They took the effort to carefully match a tutor who suits my son’s learning needs and personality. I truly appreciate their commitment and excellent service. Highly recommended for parents looking for reliable and attentive tuition support!
I’m very happy with the tutoring service arranged by Alyssa and her team. Both tutors (Xinbo and Ban Cheng) have been great and my child really enjoys the lessons with them. We can already see some improvement, which is very encouraging.
Thank you for being so responsive and helpful throughout the arrangement process. Really appreciate the support and would definitely recommend them to other parents looking for reliable tutors.

It has truly been a blessing to find Mr. Tan Tiam Teng as my son’s Chinese tutor. He is extremely knowledgeable, patient, and dedicated—qualities that have made a huge difference in my son’s learning journey. My Primary 4 son has shown remarkable improvement in his Chinese since starting lessons, and we are so grateful for the progress.
