Enrolling in this academy has been an absolute game-changer for my education! The instructors (Ram And Harris) are good and detailed. They break down topics like incident investigation and 16 elements of WSH. Beyond the excellent curriculum, the supportive environment built my confidence outside the classroom. I absolutely loved spending my mornings at Ashtanga Nilayam Shala. The location is beautiful and adds to the overall experience—it’s a space that immediately feels grounding and peaceful the moment you walk in.

What really stands out is the energy of the shala. You can truly feel how much love and intention went into creating it. Every time I came to practice, I felt welcomed, supported, and at ease in the space.

John and Marta are incredibly kind and genuine. They create such a warm, inclusive environment and make sure everyone feels at home in their Shala, no matter where you are in your practice.

I would absolutely recommend practicing here to anyone looking for an authentic, supportive, and heart-centered Ashtanga community.

i have taken quite a few prenatal classes with inspire mum and baby at both tanjong katong and bendemeer

i took the pilates classes and aqua pregnancy classes and enjoyed them very much. tip: to take more pilates classes in the first and second trimester, and aqua pregnancy in the late second to third trimester! wished i have done that previously to build more muscle for labour and postpartum 😅

i have also done the watsu session to help me get along with the prodromal start stop labour, which was very relaxing. enjoyed the session with Linda

I also rented TENS machine from inspire mum and baby because I wanted an unmedicated birth - and I 10/10 recommend it. along with positive affirmations, it really helped me get through the active labour! Didn’t get any medication - no laughing gas, no epidural, no pethidine. PTL!

overall the staff at inspire mum and baby has all been very encouraging, especially Linda, who helped to reframe my mind a little when my pregnancy met with some hiccups along the way.

thank you for the support inspire mum and baby!!
Our son Enzo really enjoys swimming classes. He is back to learn swimming on his own at 4y.
He went when he was only 6 months old for 1+ year plus and the experience was really great too. The team here is also super nice and very attentive.

I’ve learned so much from this prenatal Pilates class, especially about breathing and the importance of proper breathwork for birth. The sessions have helped me feel more aware, calm, and confident in my body.

The class is very beginner-friendly, making it suitable even if you’re new to Pilates. Teacher Linda is incredibly patient and encouraging 😊 She explains everything clearly and always takes time to give personalised tips, guidance, and reassurance. Her encouragement creates a safe and empowering environment for pregnant ladies.

Highly recommended for any ladies who are looking for Pilates classes that are suitable for pregnancy.

I love this place!
As the name suggests, it's a truly immersive experience.
It's cosy. It's for people who want to reward themselves with the practice.
No judgement, no showing off (I have been to many, where some went for the mirror with their trendy yoga outfits), no trying to impress.
Plus point - It's conveniently located in the same building as my child's enrichment class centre!

I’ve been coming to this studio for over a year now and I really enjoy it here. The teachers are super knowledgeable but still make everything easy to understand—they focus on proper technique instead of just rushing through poses.

What I appreciate most is how beginner-friendly the classes are. The instructors always offer variations to suit different levels, so everyone feels included and supported no matter where they are in their practice. Whether you’re a beginner or a bit more advanced, you won’t feel left out.

The vibe here is very welcoming and not intimidating at all. The teachers (and students too!) genuinely care and take the time to help one another improve, which makes a big difference for a learning environment! Definitely a place I see myself continuing to go to 🤍

Shout out to the receptionist for always managing the students so smoothly before and after classes ☺️

Had such a wonderful experience at Spirit Stretch!

The studio is clean, beautifully maintained, and very well organised. I also appreciate that there are locker rooms available for both men and women, which makes the whole visit convenient and comfortable.

The atmosphere was incredibly immersive and peaceful — at one point during the session, the background visuals felt like being underwater with whales swimming by. It created such a calming and almost therapeutic vibe that elevated the entire practice.

I joined an upper body and shoulder stretch session and it was both fun and effective. The flow was well-paced, and I left feeling lighter, more open, and refreshed.

Definitely a place I’ll be visiting again 🌟

Really enjoyed Dr. Kuldeep’s Saturday yoga class. It was a great workout — definitely made me sweat, and I left feeling very satisfied and refreshed. Dr. Kuldeep was very attentive and helped adjust our postures a lot throughout the class, which I’m very thankful for. Great instructor and highly recommended!
I attended a 70-minute group yoga session today with Stephanie from Unika Yoga, focused on hips, shoulders, and back stretches. It was an excellent experience.

Stephanie is truly among the best in her field. The session was energising from start to finish, with a well-balanced flow that worked deeply into areas that often hold tension. What stood out most was her approach. She encouraged everyone to move at their own pace, creating a comfortable and inclusive environment.

Her instructions were clear, precise, and easy to follow, complemented by thoughtful guidance throughout the session. You always felt supported, yet never pressured. It was also great value for money, given the quality of the session and the personalised attention throughout.

I walked away feeling both relaxed and recharged. Thoroughly enjoyed the session and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a mindful, well led practice.

I recently went to Singapore for a short trip and wanted to check out a yoga class while I was there. I was so lucky to get Dr. Kuldeep’s class, it turned out to be such a wonderful experience.

It was truly a pleasure meeting him, and the practice was absolutely amazing. With his clear guidance and supportive teaching style, I was able to unlock and finally achieve several asanas that I had struggled with before. His class creates a safe and encouraging environment that allows you to challenge yourself while feeling supported throughout the session. I’m genuinely grateful for his patience, wisdom, and the positive energy he brings into the room.

I would also like to mention the manager, Stephanie, who is also a yoga instructor. She was incredibly friendly and helpful—guiding me to the studio and patiently sharing detailed information about the courses I enquired about. Her warm and welcoming attitude made my whole experience even more pleasant.

Highly recommended to anyone looking to deepen their practice. I’m definitely looking forward to joining again on my next visit. 🙏❤️

Unika yoga retreat, I highly recommend! May 2025 Bhutan retreat was my second yoga retreat with Unika. It was another unforgettable experience in many ways. What I felt most comfortable was Stephanie’s professional advice and instructions throughout the retreat. She is such a caring and loving person who I can trust. Yoga led by Dr Kuldeep is always amazing. We practiced yoga (asana, pranayama, meditation) daily within him, while enjoyed sightseeing and free time. The balance of yoga time and other activities time was just nice. I would like to join Unika yoga retreat again, not only for the destination but friendly people; Stephanie, Kuldeep, friends, participants, local guides and all others. Unika's 200hours Yoga Teacher's Training has been an incredible and eye opening journey for me! I came in expecting to learn most about asanas, but I ended the lessons with understanding yoga holistically & finding how yoga's philosophies really can resonate in my daily life. And yet also learnt so so much about leading classes as well. Dr Kuldeep's and Stephanie's knowledge, sincerity and dedication to guiding us is so deeply appreciated - thank you so much! The course is also well organised & meticulously planned. We even have a special Kriya retreat to look forward to after our lessons ending! Lastly, the Unika culture of acceptance & support has been so welcoming - no competition, just uplifting one another no matter what journeys we are on. No regrets with taking on Unika's YTT course - only that I didn't start sooner 🤭

Art of living’s Sudarshan Kriya is a transformative practice for mind, body and soul. I have repeated the course several times over last 23 years. My wife and I attended the recent 4 day programme led by Anu and Shailesh. I am glad that I could make it despite my hectic travel. I feel rejuvenated. Art of living provides follow up support virtually as well as face to face to support regular practice. Strongly recommended for anyone looking for holistic wellbeing. Thank you, Anu and Shailesh.
I recently completed the Happiness Program with the Art of Living Singapore, and it has been a meaningful and practical experience.

A big thank you to the teachers Manisha, Sarbani Pui, Sangeetha, and Priyanka, and volunteer trainer Vanita Dabral for their guidance and support throughout the program.

Special thanks to Manisha for taking the time to conduct a 1-hour introductory session before I registered. That session gave me a clear understanding of the program and helped me make an informed decision. I also appreciate her close follow-up after the course.

I would also like to sincerely thank Manisha and Priyanka for their support when I faced an unexpected situation after starting the course. I had to miss the next two sessions, and both of them were very helpful in rearranging my classes. During that time, they took extra care to ensure I could continue the program smoothly, which I truly appreciate.

One of the most valuable parts of the program was the 40-day follow-up, where participants were encouraged to practice daily. This helped build consistency and turn the Kriya into a daily habit rather than just a one-time experience.

The breathing techniques taught are simple, practical, and easy to integrate into daily life. I joined mainly to improve my sleep, and I have already started noticing positive changes — especially in my ability to fall back asleep more easily.

Overall, this program is suitable for anyone looking to improve stress management, mental clarity, and overall well-being through simple daily practices.

Thank you again to the entire team for the support and guidance

I attended the Happiness Program in mid-April, and it was truly an incredible experience. Over the three days, the teachers — Archana-ji, Shweta-ji, and Sashi-ji — were amazing in the way they guided us through the breathing techniques and shared practical wisdom for dealing with life’s challenges. The “golden keys” they taught felt simple, powerful, and deeply relevant.

The volunteers were also wonderful — so generous with their time, care, and support throughout the program. It was inspiring to see how much heart everyone put into making this such a meaningful experience.

What touched me even more was knowing that this program, inspired by Gurudev, is conducted in a spirit of service, with contributions going toward the foundation and charitable purposes rather than to the teachers personally. That made the whole experience feel even more genuine and special.

Even though it was only a three-day program, it created a real sense of bonding within the group. We were around 10–12 participants, and there was so much sharing, learning, and connection among everyone. It was beautiful to be part of that.

Personally, I am already noticing a tremendous increase in my energy levels, and even the quality of my sleep has improved based on the stats I track. This has been a truly worthwhile and life-changing experience, and I would definitely recommend it to my family and friends.

I am looking forward to continuing with the 40-day breathing challenge, staying consistent with the practice, and contributing back to society in whatever way I can. A heartfelt thank you to the teachers and volunteers for making this such a phenomenal experience.

I joined the Happiness Program held between 28 Feb to 1 Mar 2026; and immensely touched by the kind and patient guidance by Manisha-ji and Sonal-ji to help me internalize the philosophy, the principles and exercises. After the conclusion of the program, I am able to do all the exercises by myself. It just takes a little over 30 minutes daily, after which I find myself breathing better, feeling calmer; with a general sense of well being for the whole day. My sincere appreciation for Manisha-ji, Sonal-ji and Priyanka-ji for their huge efforts in organizing and concluding this program with such a huge benefit to me. 🙏🏻

My wife and I are from the US. I have many years of meditation practice but she does not. However, we both joined the Feb. 24-26k 2026 program led by Kavitha and Sumitra, who are clearly experienced teachers and practitioners. Our class was comprised of 4 students ranging in age from young to older adults, representing a world wide population. We found that the educational segment helped us understand the intellectual underpinnings of the practice while the actual breath work done in class gave us the chance to experience the benefits. We made a commitment to continue for at least another 40 days by joining an online daily group check-in.

The Menopause Reset series is a testament of Teacher War War’s care for & understanding of her students’ needs. She thoughtfully designed 10 lessons on targeted topics relating to the management of Menopause, e.g. food & nutrition, sleep quality, calming ourselves, etc. Each session is conducted in an edu-physical format enriching students with practical tips and simple yoga moves which we can practise at home. The small class size ensures a psychologically safe space where students could ask any questions and she would patiently answer them. The bond built with the other students (through a lot of Laughter) also helped me feel that I’m not alone in this Menopausal journey. The Menopause Reset series is strongly recommended for anyone who wants to learn more about and manage their menopausal journey together with like-minded individuals, led by a very experienced and caring teacher ❤️

I did a program with War War and find her very professional. She was patient and dedicated in showing me step by step how each stretching exercise should be executed. After the program, I disciplined myself to diligently practice the exercises everyday. After 5 months, all my lower back pain and hip pain all vanished. I am very blessed to have War War as my Yoga teacher. Thank you War War.

I went through Yoga Therapy with Noelle. I thought that Yoga Therapy might be tough and difficult to manage for me. As I not been exercising for a while. Whenever I go for usual yoga class at gym, I find it difficult to catch up with the rest. But with Noelle, I start to do it at my own pace, according to my ability to address my health concerns

Through her special curated program, I m able to follow and practise at home. It is easy that I can do it at home, work , in public transport even.
As busy executive, the stress of managing work and kids amid real. With Noelle, curated program , I am able to manage emotion, and deal issues with calm mind.

Thanks so much to Noelle for her yoga therapy program.

I have been coming to this studio for over a year now, specifically for their stretch yoga sessions. The instructors - especially Archana and Palak - are incredibly knowledgeable and attentive. They ensure that every pose is accessible yet effective for beginners like me, which has helped to significantly improve my flexibility. The atmosphere is welcoming and peaceful. Highly recommended for both beginners and long-term practitioners.

Have been taking regular 1 on 1 stretching sessions with Palak for about a month now. She is so good at what she does and really gives her 200% in ensuring every session is up to standard and that her student gets the most out of it. My favorite is the assisted stretching when she really helps me get into and feel a deep yet relaxing stretch. She always checks in and asks about the pressure before she goes deeper. My body definitely feels more relaxed and my posture has also improved significantly since starting classes with Palak. Highly recommended to give her a shot!

I highly recommend Ojas Yoga and Wellness to all pregnant women. I started my lessons in my third trimester, and Palak has been an incredibly knowledgeable instructor — deeply mindful of our changing bodies, yet not afraid to gently push us so we can truly feel the benefits of each pose.

She has a wonderful way of blending yoga with manifestation and affirmations, helping us prepare both physically and mentally for labour. The package is very reasonably priced, and it’s something I genuinely look forward to every week, knowing Palak will help ease whatever swollen feet or backaches I’ve been dealing with.

Glad to have found out about and joined the Rishikesh yoga retreat organised by Ojas Yoga in March 2025. The group size was cozy, allowing us all to interact well with each other. Most of the schedule was well-planned and organized, allowing the activities to proceed smoothly. There was a good mix of activities to cater to various interests and I had a really good experience overall 🙂

How to Choose the Best Yoga Class for Your Child

  • Age Fit: Check whether the class suits your child’s age group. Younger children often do better with shorter, playful sessions, while older children may prefer more structured practices with guided relaxation.
  • Teaching Style: Consider the teaching approach. Some classes use storytelling, games and themed adventures, while others focus on mindfulness and calm movement. Pick one that matches your child’s personality.
  • Beginner-Friendliness: If your child is new to yoga, choose a gentle, welcoming class that avoids technical or demanding sequences.
  • Instructor Background: Look for instructors experienced with children, as patience and clear communication make a big difference in engagement.
  • Class Size: Smaller groups allow more individual attention, which can help shy or easily distracted children settle in.
  • Safety and Supervision: Ensure the environment feels calm and well-managed, with safe movement and proper supervision for younger kids.
  • Class Format: Decide if a parent-child class or an independent class suits your family. Some families value shared bonding time, while other children benefit from learning independently.
  • Emotional Benefits: Think about whether you want yoga mainly for physical benefits or for focus, calmness and emotional regulation.
  • Environment: Consider studio atmosphere. Some children thrive in creative, multi-sensory settings, while others prefer quieter spaces.
  • Parent Communication: If you want progress updates, choose programmes that communicate clearly with parents about home practice and development.
  • Trial Options: A trial lesson is useful for hesitant children and helps you assess the fit before committing.
  • Schedule and Travel: Pick a location and timetable that fits your family routine to avoid added stress around attendance.
  • Price Clarity: Make sure fees are transparent and check what trial classes, packages or add-ons include.
  • Child Personality Match: The most popular class is not always the best match. Match your child’s temperament to the style of the class for better engagement.

I’m very grateful to MindFlex, especially Alyssa and her team, for their patience and dedication in helping to source a suitable tutor for my son.

This is the 2nd time I look for them to source a tutor. This time round I had more specific requirements, including the tutor’s age group, gender and most importantly, someone who is patient and able to communicate well with students who are weaker in Chinese. Alyssa and the team were understanding, responsive and professional throughout the entire process.

They took the effort to carefully match a tutor who suits my son’s learning needs and personality. I truly appreciate their commitment and excellent service. Highly recommended for parents looking for reliable and attentive tuition support!

He is extremely knowledgeable, patient, and dedicated—qualities that have made a huge difference in my son’s learning journey.
