There were different background setups to choose from, and everything was well-prepared. They even have a shower area, which was super helpful after the cake smash session! My baby felt at ease very quickly and had a great time — even had their first slide in the play area!

I want to thank Delun, our photographer, for being incredibly patient and professional in handling the whole photoshoot session. It's a free shoot that comes with two pictures chosen by their photographer. Of course they will try and sell you their package but we found it quite reasonable and ended up securing one for next year. Package validity is for a year.
What stood out the most, however, was the interaction with the staff. They were professional, warm, and clearly very experienced in handling newborns. The way they handled our baby with such gentleness and patience really put us at ease.
Throughout the session, they were constantly trying to get his attention so the photographer could capture the best possible shot—making soft sounds, patiently waiting, and carefully adjusting him without ever rushing the process. You could tell they knew exactly what they were doing.
We also appreciated that when it came to explaining their packages, there was no hard selling. They simply shared the options and respected whatever decision we made.
Overall, it was a really enjoyable and memorable session for both of us.
We had so much fun. Professional, supportive and efficient. It was a very quick session. Subsequently able to secure a lot of good photos. Two assistants support to make baby comfortable and ready for photos. We just observe from the side.

I think we were very impress with the patient photographers and capturing of our family in natural setting. They guided us to pose. For me, I tend to raise my head due to heavy use of neck muscles, the photographer could tell right from the start and when poses are not very nice, she would remind me to put my chin down slightly in a tactful tone.
Respectful and fun experience, both kids enjoyed it too (1,6 years old), with stickers at the end. There were a mix of family of 4 shoot, my kids individual photos and siblings photos.
As parents to a 9-month-old and a 7-year-old, there were definitely moments when both of them were not cooperating, but the photographers were incredibly patient, warm, and understanding throughout. They put in so much effort to make the children smile and laugh, which really helped the session go smoothly. They created such a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere, and the final photos turned out beautifully. Highly recommend.
