I met Alvin sir when I was 6.5 years old.
I met him for occupational therapy. He taught me emotional regulation exercises. For example, Ruler and the mood meter. I also did cognitive computer exercises (CogMed) and physical training and sensory integration therapy (climbing on ropes, strengthening muscles).
I really enjoyed my experience because I made new friends. I learnt a lot of skills and techniques from Alvin sir which help me to this day. I am very grateful for his guidance as a teacher and mentor.
