As a cat owner myself and patron of cat cafes in both SG and MY, I understand cats sleep most of the time but the staff can do their part to make the experience for customers more enjoyable by perhaps taking out treats and sharing it with customers to entice the cats to interact, or even allow patrons to use cat toys to encourage play (which were non existent).
Atmosphere was quiet and comfortable; staff were friendly (and seemed very young too), but not sure if I'd visit again.

There were many beautiful cats to look at and interact with. The cats appeared to be very well cared for – they looked healthy, and were well groomed.
The admission fee includes a drink. Cat treats can be purchased separately, although during our visit most of the cats were not particularly interested in eating.
Do note is that this is more of a cat-watching and photography experience rather than a highly interactive one. Most of the cats preferred to lounge around rather than actively play with visitors, and no cat toys were provided for guest use.
The cafe also has books available for reading and a TV showing cartoon.
Overall, a clean and cosy cat cafe with well-looked-after cats, especially suitable for those who enjoy observing and photographing cats in a calm environment.

One of the places that is mindful of the cats' well-being. Smaller and cosier too, so there is no crowd. It also aiding with adoption is nice too. ^^
Location wise, it was quite alright to find, and that's coming from someone who's bad at directions. The cats were super cute and not scared of people at all! I could also tell how some of them had their own personalities e.g. the dark gray one likes to snatch food so it had to be put in the timeout corner and the one that's lighter gray seems to be quite friendly.
You can buy treats at $3 each (same price for all treats). I got the liquid(?) and dry snacks for the cats. Hera, this super pretty cat that looks like a mini leopard, is quite a fan of the liquid treat so if you want to pet her, you can try getting this. The other cats liked both the liquid and dry snacks but if you want to make your treats last longer, I'd recommend taking the dry treat.
Overall, would come back! I like how the cats are up for adoption and that the money paid is to support a good cause.

We had fun feeding the cats too as they affectionately came close to have their treat. All the cats there are super cute and they are definitely picture ready.

Cats are friendly, affectionate, and staff were very patient in explaining each of the cats' history. Heartwarming to hear that some of these cats have found homes.
From an art perspective, you also get many different canvases from an art perspective, you also get many different canvases to choose from.

My British shorthair kitten was in the care of Gemstone Village for 10 days in December when I had to make an overseas trip and I was thoroughly impressed.
They are extremely caring to the kitten and ensured that he had a large space and exercise everyday. My kitten was very well taken care of, including continuation of his food allergy medication and they also made me feel at ease and very reassured that my kitten was safe and well by sending daily updates and videos.
They are expert and experienced caregivers and there was no doubt that my kitten was in good hands under their loving care.

I did feel it was a little expensive for the experience we received though, especially as cat enrichment play sessions are listed as part of the package. A later group was given treats and toys to interact with the cats, while we were mostly left to ourselves, so the experience felt a little inconsistent depending on the session.
The cats are very well cared after. The guy who works there is super friendly and tells a lot of interesting facts about cats and dogs. We’ve been there with kids and I couldn’t convince my daughter to leave on time, so the owner was kind enough to let us stay longer for free.

The place is so cozy with so many lounging sofas to sit amongst the napping cats. We stayed for 2 hours and time flew by so quickly. The cats were all so friendly and tame, and you could tell that they were very comfortable in their environment even with strangers around. I was able to interact with them so much with ease knowing that all are good tempered and natured. The cats were well groomed and I wasn’t afraid of getting scratched at all.
The complimentary drink selection was wide, and we really felt at home with the friendly and attentive team. We enjoyed just observing the cats, with several of them coming to greet us, to sit on our laps or ask for some affection. Overall we had such a good time and look forward to going back again!

The service was nice and staffs were very patient and friendly for our art jamming.
The artwork were also nicely packed in a box which allows us to carry with ease.

Wish to visit again for the cats, maybe not for the art jamming as we will run out of space to display them haha.

Location is super convenient coz there is the ramen stall and dum sum place. Both halal, both my favourite 🙂 masjid sultan is also 3 mins walk if need do prayers.
Will consider to come again with family members to book the space for karaoke (next floor up I think) and spend some with the cats again.
