Exactly two years ago today, I followed what felt like a quiet inner knowing that led me to Pooja. I honor all that has unfolded—and continues to unfold.
Pooja has become one of the most meaningful influences in my life. I continue to have the privilege of exploring conscious living with Pooja through therapy, therapist trainings, and workshops. Whether in a 1:1 session or a classroom, she brings grounded presence, compassion, wisdom, authenticity, and integrity. She has an extraordinary gift for creating a space where people feel deeply seen, heard, safe, and held with genuine compassion.
The experiences I've shared with Pooja continue to inspire so much of what I now offer others. During this time, I became a certified Integrated Clinical Hypnotherapist, and Inner Library Alignment—my platform and the voice I now share with the world—continues to be inspired by many of the insights that emerged from our conversations. Her influence continues to shape not only how I live, but also how I serve others.
There are people whose presence quietly changes our lives simply by being who they are. Pooja is one of those rare souls. To me, there is something profoundly magical about her presence, and I believe we met in divine timing. For this, I will always be grateful.
Whatever brings you to Pooja—therapy, training, workshops, or one of her talks—you'll be met with genuine care, deep presence, and someone who helps you recognize the wisdom that has always been within you. In that recognition is an invitation to reclaim your sovereignty and consciously author your life. Crossing paths with Pooja is one of the greatest gifts of my life.
I loved the Sacred Journey LIjiang retreat organised by Shirley from Redefine Wellness. It was an opportunity to return to nature, and to myself. There was a wide variety of activities, and each was curated to encourage us to reflect upon ourselves, and life. Much thought has been given to the programme where nature and culture blended so perfectly. I’ve gained insights on my strengths and awareness of my weaknesses. The retreat allowed me to view life with more appreciation and gratitude, and to be more present in living. Gift yourself a sacred journey, it will be a memorable and meaningful adventure, and the essence will stay with you beyond the retreat.
Soul Journey in the Sacred Heart of Lijiang – Truly Life-Changing
I just returned from the most magical 9-day retreat with Redefine Wellness in Lijiang and Dali and I’m still glowing from the experience.
Led with such grace and depth by the incredible Shirley, and warmly supported by our wonderful local guides Carol, Johnson, and their adorable son Jayden, this was far more than a trip but a sacred journey back to myself.
We immersed ourselves in the serene healing of forest bathing at Bodolo Forest, conquered the breathtaking trails of Jizu Mountain, and stood humbled by the raw power and beauty of Tiger Leaping Gorge. Every moment of the thoughtfully curated itinerary felt intentional, soul-nourishing, and deeply transformative.
If you’re seeking more than just a holiday but a profound spiritual reset, breathtaking nature, and genuine connection, this retreat is pure magic. Shirley and the team have created something truly special here.
Check out my photos!. Highly recommended! I’m already counting down to the next one. Don’t miss it.
My husband and I recent went on a Sacred Journey to Lijiang with Shirley Tay. It was such a relaxing and spiritual journey for us. It reminded us how much bigger nature is than us.
The journey included forest therapy at Bodolo Forest, Lotus Meditation at the foot Jizu Mountain, a meditative hike at Tiger Leaping Gorge, scenic visit at Jade Dragon Snow Mountain and many other local cultural experiences.
Needless to say, we have never had such well rested sleep as we did during the journey. It was a much needed disconnect from our daily life. That energy has continued a week after I am back and I am still sleeping well. The memories, practices, energy and spiritual experiences were so impressionable - it was easily THE best journey I have ever been to. It also made me fall in love with Lijiang.
Shirley was also very thoughtful and gathered feedback daily, making changes to the itinerary where necessary ensuring that we are safe, comfortable and well rested. For this, we are thankful 🙏
Given a chance, we would love to be back on the sacred journey with Shirley, Redefine Wellness. Highly recommended ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
My wife and I recently joined Redefine Wellness's Sacred Journey & Wellness Retreat with Shirley Tay to Bhutan. It was an amazing and wonderful balance of cultural, spiritual and nature aspects of Bhutan.
The journey was superbly organized and the program was thoughtfully crafted to ensure a unique experience for participants. We were touched with the passion and warm hospitality of the local guides and driver and the logistics of the whole trip was very well managed despite unforeseen challenges. We particularly enjoyed the different accommodations as we travelled across different towns of Bhutan as each was a unique and authentic experience.
The itinerary covered Bhutan’s key attractions but also allowed time and space for deep inner connections with exercises, meditations at unique places. Shirley took very good care of us before, during and after the trip, checking in with us on our physical, mental, emotional and spiritual well-being.
She was always ready to answer any concerns we had too!
It was a memorable and rewarding trip and we are grateful to all those involved in making this retreat a success! We look forward to future retreats with Shirley.

The Teachings are precious knowledge and applicable to everyday life. Meditation was well guided that helps calm the mind and see things with a new perspective. This place is a treasure trove, love it 🙂
I find the space peaceful with really beautiful Buddhas. And the teachings and guided meditations are easy to follow and very practical for a newbie like me.. Fees are reasonable, I guess its to help keep the centre running. I'll come back again!
Great way to unwind after work. There’s prayer chanting, meditation, and a discussion on Buddhas point of view on philosophy with the intent to make it usable in our every day life. Have been going for the last few months and it’s brought about a big change in me. It’s very relaxing.
If you want to know what are Buddha's teachings in English and Chinese, this is the place to learn. I had called myself a Buddhist for a long time but I know Buddha's teachings superficially. Yet like learning golf, you need to learn to learn the right strokes from the very beginning from an experienced golf instructor, without correction later on. This is the place with the right lineage and therefore right teachings. I am speaking from personal experience.

I attended the aerial workshop for parent-child and had a very meaningful time slowing down and connecting with myself, my husband and my children. The kids enjoyed it so much that they asked to attend the Zen in the sky workshop and no doubt, they had a blast. The sessions were enjoyable and encouraged us to be more aware and mindful. I am thankful to the teachers at Mindful Space for creating space for us to have fun and learn at the same time, and for being so kind, real and approachable! We will definitely be looking out for and join more of their activities!
My brother and I have been at Mindful Space for the past 3 years! The camps are awesome and fun-packed! Teachers are wonderful, they are all welcoming, have a warm heart and always supporting you. We will always enjoy the holiday camps as they always have different themes and learning points. Really appreciate all the teachers there for planning such one of a kind camps for us! Will come back again :))
My daughter has been going to mindful space for the past few years, regularly going for holiday camps and weekly for yoga lessons. The teachers there are extremely nurturing and have their hearts in the right place! Thank you so much for introducing the right habits and ways of life to our kids!
We had such a good experience with Mindful Space’s 5-day holiday camp. The teachers really took time to connect with both my kids on a personal level. The kids actually formed friendships with teachers and camp-mates that continued beyond the camp.
For my kids, it felt like 5 days of adventure — they did so much, from excursions to places of worship, eating at hawkers, exploring the outdoors, and being in both urban and nature spaces. I honestly look forward to signing them up at every holiday opportunity.
All the teachers were great, but special shout-out to Teacher Dawn for creating such a supportive and safe space for my son. It really meant a lot to me. 🫶
This is the second time I’ve enrolled my child in Mindful Space’s holiday camp. My child specifically asked to attend again, which already says a lot! Once again, it was a wonderful experience. The camp was thoughtfully planned with a great balance of mindfulness, creativity, movement and social activities. The aerial yoga was the highlight. My child absolutely loved it!

Art of living’s Sudarshan Kriya is a transformative practice for mind, body and soul. I have repeated the course several times over last 23 years. My wife and I attended the recent 4 day programme led by Anu and Shailesh. I am glad that I could make it despite my hectic travel. I feel rejuvenated. Art of living provides follow up support virtually as well as face to face to support regular practice. Strongly recommended for anyone looking for holistic wellbeing. Thank you, Anu and Shailesh.
I recently completed the Happiness Program with the Art of Living Singapore, and it has been a meaningful and practical experience.
A big thank you to the teachers Manisha, Sarbani Pui, Sangeetha, and Priyanka, and volunteer trainer Vanita Dabral for their guidance and support throughout the program.
Special thanks to Manisha for taking the time to conduct a 1-hour introductory session before I registered. That session gave me a clear understanding of the program and helped me make an informed decision. I also appreciate her close follow-up after the course.
I would also like to sincerely thank Manisha and Priyanka for their support when I faced an unexpected situation after starting the course. I had to miss the next two sessions, and both of them were very helpful in rearranging my classes. During that time, they took extra care to ensure I could continue the program smoothly, which I truly appreciate.
One of the most valuable parts of the program was the 40-day follow-up, where participants were encouraged to practice daily. This helped build consistency and turn the Kriya into a daily habit rather than just a one-time experience.
The breathing techniques taught are simple, practical, and easy to integrate into daily life. I joined mainly to improve my sleep, and I have already started noticing positive changes — especially in my ability to fall back asleep more easily.
Overall, this program is suitable for anyone looking to improve stress management, mental clarity, and overall well-being through simple daily practices.
Thank you again to the entire team for the support and guidance
I attended the Happiness Program in mid-April, and it was truly an incredible experience. Over the three days, the teachers — Archana-ji, Shweta-ji, and Sashi-ji — were amazing in the way they guided us through the breathing techniques and shared practical wisdom for dealing with life’s challenges. The “golden keys” they taught felt simple, powerful, and deeply relevant.
The volunteers were also wonderful — so generous with their time, care, and support throughout the program. It was inspiring to see how much heart everyone put into making this such a meaningful experience.
What touched me even more was knowing that this program, inspired by Gurudev, is conducted in a spirit of service, with contributions going toward the foundation and charitable purposes rather than to the teachers personally. That made the whole experience feel even more genuine and special.
Even though it was only a three-day program, it created a real sense of bonding within the group. We were around 10–12 participants, and there was so much sharing, learning, and connection among everyone. It was beautiful to be part of that.
Personally, I am already noticing a tremendous increase in my energy levels, and even the quality of my sleep has improved based on the stats I track. This has been a truly worthwhile and life-changing experience, and I would definitely recommend it to my family and friends.
I am looking forward to continuing with the 40-day breathing challenge, staying consistent with the practice, and contributing back to society in whatever way I can. A heartfelt thank you to the teachers and volunteers for making this such a phenomenal experience.
I joined the Happiness Program held between 28 Feb to 1 Mar 2026; and immensely touched by the kind and patient guidance by Manisha-ji and Sonal-ji to help me internalize the philosophy, the principles and exercises. After the conclusion of the program, I am able to do all the exercises by myself. It just takes a little over 30 minutes daily, after which I find myself breathing better, feeling calmer; with a general sense of well being for the whole day. My sincere appreciation for Manisha-ji, Sonal-ji and Priyanka-ji for their huge efforts in organizing and concluding this program with such a huge benefit to me. 🙏🏻
My wife and I are from the US. I have many years of meditation practice but she does not. However, we both joined the Feb. 24-26k 2026 program led by Kavitha and Sumitra, who are clearly experienced teachers and practitioners. Our class was comprised of 4 students ranging in age from young to older adults, representing a world wide population. We found that the educational segment helped us understand the intellectual underpinnings of the practice while the actual breath work done in class gave us the chance to experience the benefits. We made a commitment to continue for at least another 40 days by joining an online daily group check-in.

How to Choose the Best Meditation Class for Your Child
Teacher experience: Ask whether instructors have experience guiding meditation for your child’s age group and developmental stage.
Programme philosophy: Check that the spiritual, secular or movement-based approach fits your family’s beliefs and expectations.
Age suitability: Choose instructions, practices and session lengths that suit your child’s age and attention span.
Beginner support: Confirm that newcomers receive clear guidance and may ease into meditation gradually.
Teaching format: Consider whether stories, breathing, movement, games, art or quiet reflection hold your child’s interest best.
Class size: Smaller groups can give teachers more time to notice discomfort, confusion or declining concentration.
Parent involvement: Decide whether an accompanied class or independent session better suits your child’s confidence and readiness.
Emotional safety: Ask how teachers respond when children feel restless, anxious, frustrated or unwilling to participate.
Physical safety: Check supervision and equipment procedures for classes involving yoga, aerial movement or outdoor activities.
Practice expectations: Understand whether families should continue exercises between classes or support meditation practice at home.
Parent feedback: Ask whether teachers share observations, development updates or practical suggestions for home practice.
Child comfort: A calm setting can support participation without pressure to perform or compete with classmates.
Schedule convenience: Compare class frequency, term dates, travel time and alternatives when your child misses sessions.
Trial options: A trial class can show whether the teacher, setting and activity level suit your child.
Fee clarity: Check whether fees include materials, equipment, registration charges, parent participation and make-up arrangements.
