Introduction

Obstacle courses for kids give energetic children a practical way to practise climbing, balance, coordination and problem-solving. Families in Singapore can choose between treetop courses, indoor ninja gyms, rope challenges, augmented-reality activities and structured coaching programmes. Before booking, check each venue’s age, height, weight, footwear and adult-accompaniment requirements, as these can differ considerably. It also helps to consider whether your child prefers guided instruction, independent exploration or friendly competition. This guide covers 10 obstacle course centres in Singapore, with overviews, Google reviews, locations, prices and contact details.

We have visited Forest Adventure around 3 to 4 times, and it has always been a wonderful outdoor activity for family bonding. It is a place that both you and your children will enjoy. You can easily spend 2 to 3 hours here, having fun and creating great memories together.

To avoid disappointment, I would strongly recommend booking online or calling in advance before your visit. There was once when we tried to walk in, but no slots were available. Since then, we have learned that it is always better to pre-book or check with them beforehand.

There are drinks and ice cream available for purchase onsite. And on the way to Forest Adventure, you will also pass by a public toilet, so I would suggest using the toilet before starting the activity.

Before the activity begins, you will go through a safety briefing and introduction. The staff are very experienced, professional, helpful, and friendly, which makes the whole experience feel safe and well-organized.

Forest Adventure has created wonderful childhood memories. Keep up the great work. We will definitely visit again.
Visited today last timeslot 4pm.
Took the bus 67, stop at Clearwater condo. It's closer than Bedok Reservoir MRT.

The location on Google maps is not exact, is actually closer to Passion Wave.

We arrived in advance so as the staff was not busy, the kids were able to enjoy right away.

I recommend to read carefully the T&C before booking.

Plus, when you book your session and select your time slot, it's precised on the website that is for a 1 hour and a half. Actually, you are entitled to a number of courses, and not a time duration. 1 hour 30 is the maximum time you should take to complete the course. I found it a bit misleading, the kids though they would be able to be up in the trees during 1 hour 30 (so as they're good at this activity, they used only half of that supposed time).

If you don't join your kid in this activity, there is fully of shadowed seating.

I don't if we'll come back. We enjoyed a promotion today ($30 instead of $40), and afterwards I would prefer spend $40+ in an another outing.

Anyway, I believe it's a good place for first timers, and a very nice location.

Great experience. There are several courses you can choose. Each can comprise of several routes. For the Grand Course, you get to go for 3 or 4 routes. In between you are back at the 'base' and can rest as long as you want. The Grand Course took me 3+ hours, longer than the 2.5 hours estimated by the company.

Staff are well trained and give a good briefing and training before you start. Once you start though, you are on your own. It does take a certain level of fitness, balance ability and I guess you can't be too fearful of heights or too "gu-niang" 🙂

Safety is well managed. The main safety line cannot be detached until the end of each course. In addition there is a backup manual safety line.

There are numerous short zip lines and a few long ones.

Had an amazing experience at SuperPark Suntec City! There is a great variety of games and activities catering to all ages, making it a fantastic place for families, friends, and even adults looking to have fun. The cafe is a very welcome addition — a perfect spot to rest, recharge, and enjoy their great-tasting slushies after all the activities. What stood out the most was the staff; they were super friendly, approachable, and very attentive towards guests’ safety, which made the experience even more enjoyable and reassuring. We had an amazing experience at SuperPark! The activities were fun, engaging, and suitable for both children and adults. The facilities were well-maintained, clean, and provided plenty of opportunities for everyone to stay active while having a great time.

A special shout-out goes to Ilman, who was an outstanding guide throughout our visit. He was friendly, patient, and incredibly helpful in ensuring that everyone felt comfortable and knew how to make the most of the various activities. His enthusiasm and positive attitude added so much to the overall experience, and he went the extra mile to assist us whenever needed.

Thank you, Ilman and the SuperPark team, for making our visit such a memorable one. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and look forward to coming back again!

We had such a great time at SuperPark! Our whole family enjoyed it so much, not just the kids, but the adults too. There were so many fun activities and everything was very well organized.

The service was also excellent. At the trampoline area, there was one section I was too scared to jump into, but a staff member named Angie kept encouraging me patiently. In the end, I managed to overcome my fear and finally jumped in — and after that I did it many more times haha! It turned out to be so much fun. Thank you Angie and the SuperPark team for such a wonderful experience!

Brought my 6-year-old here to celebrate his birthday on a weekday and we had such a great experience! The park is newly renovated, and I really appreciated that there are dedicated play areas for younger kids, so they can fully enjoy themselves too.

There were also plenty of areas perfect for older kids and even adults, making it a great spot for the whole family to have fun together.

The staff members were nice and friendly throughout our visit, which made the experience even more pleasant. The place was also clean and well-maintained.

What stood out most was the attention to safety — staff were diligent in checking height limits before allowing kids onto certain play areas, which gave me peace of mind as a parent.

Overall, a fun and safe place for kids (and adults!) to burn off energy. Highly recommended for families! ❤️

This place is Awesome!!

Had my doubts about hosting a kids party here for 10 year olds. Thought someone would fall, cry, or some other disorganised mayhem. But the team here is very professional and guided our very large party seamlessly through all the activities and the day was absolutely PERFECTO!!

Highly recommend for kids of any age as they can go tandem with parents on the zip. Safety is top notch and the crew is reassuring and kind in guiding both adults and parents through all the nerve racking activities. I can’t thank them enough!! TIL next time.

I think I was the fastest for the high elements !
We also tried the jump and mega zip. They will drive you up to the station after the registration at the counter. Staff are all very friendly and helpful. For those really adventurous, might not be that thrilling but should still be fun! Socks would be needed for bounce but maybe not with white socks.

Epic, served by azliana rokiah weaver bella Tristan shafiq hisham. Sometimes the greatest adventures aren’t the ones you pay for, they’re the ones where truth meets someone’s heart. Real conversations about purpose, eternity, and our connection with the Father. And what surprised me is how open people were. Not religion. Not performance. But grace; the free gift of God Jesus Christ. Grateful for every moment.

Fantastic, the fun starts when you take the buggy ride up the hill, then strap yourself in for the tree climb as you will work hard but definitely be rewarded when you complete it. The jump at the end is great then back up the stair tower and enjoy the zipline that is brilliant
The zip line is great and starts from a very high point, you are taken with a buggy there.

The queue / waiting time might be a bit long, 15-45 minutes, usually 5 people go every 10 minutes. They also have an express pass but I don't think it's worth it especially if you go only once.

They also have a climbing zone suitable for adults and children over 6 years or something like that and bouncing area for smaller kids.

MegaBounce costs $18 per person. Online bookings receive 10% off counter prices, while group activities have customised rates.

This was a 10/10 experience even for adults. You will spend the full 4.5 hours going through all the obstacles and it will be the best time. None of the stations are too scary and are very manageable especially with the really friendly and fun adventure specialist (essentially the staff). Loved our time with hariz, fitriyah & irfan. They were all key in making our experience top notch, and I really salute their effort and energy to making it the best 4.5 hours. Highly recommend coming in a weekday to maximise the space as it is not that crowded. Wear long pants/tights so it’s easier to slide down stuff / no abrasion.

Did my Level 1 certification on 28 June, Terence is a fantastic instructor! He is extremely knowledgeable and is able to provide very good example of good/bad practices. He explains things in a very relatable manner and is super open to asking questions. He answered every question I had, and was patient despite my many questions😆. Under his instruction, I am confident to belay people, which speaks volumes about his capability as an instructor. I highly recommend booking your climbing classes/certifications with Terence.

Worth the membership if you have an active child. Staff will explain and are very helpful. After two or three times of guidance, kids aged as young as 8 are confident to go on it without parental supervision. There’s also always an instructor on the course ready to help.
Children had a fun and engaging 1hour experience at Houbii Spot Mini Rope Course. They were able to climb the structures and obstacles with minimal guidance from the staff there. They were also very friendly and helpful towards the students. This Mini Rope Course allows the children to build their confidence as well as improve their gross motor skills like balancing and problem solving skills. Houbii Spot is highly recommended!

They also offer a 6-month unlimited entry membership with great perks like free birthday play and shoe rental—definitely something to consider if your kids enjoy this kind of active play.

A great add-on to your zoo visit—would recommend!

To Coach Estiq:
We enrolled our 4-year-old boy in Ninja Class with Coach Estiq in mid-January. He’s the kind of child who’s very cautious and doesn’t like trying new things. For months, he couldn’t get past halfway on the rock wall. Every lesson, he would stop midway and refuse to climb any higher, no matter how much we encouraged him.

Then one lesson in June, something amazing happened. He finally overcame his fear and climbed all the way up! The funny thing? He would only even attempt it when Coach Estiq was around.

Coach Estiq has been incredibly patient and encouraging, and somehow managed to build up our boy’s confidence little by little until he was ready to do it on his own. As parents, moments like these mean so much because it’s not just about climbing a wall—it’s about building confidence and believing in yourself.

Thank you, Coach Estiq, for believing in our boy before he believed in himself. We truly appreciate the care, patience and positive influence you’ve had on him. Highly recommended!

To Coach Vini:
Both my 9-year-old and 6-year-old have been attending Ninja Class with Coach Vini, and they absolutely love it! Every week, they look forward to class, and if they ever have to miss a session, they’re genuinely disappointed.

It doesn’t feel like a typical enrichment class at all. The kids are having so much fun burning off their energy, climbing obstacles and challenging themselves without even realising they’re learning new skills. Over time, they’ve also made friends with the regular kids in the class, and it’s lovely seeing them laugh, encourage one another and enjoy the sessions together.

Coach Vini brings so much energy to every class and puts in a lot of effort to keep the kids engaged and excited from start to finish. My 6-year-old still struggles with some of the obstacles, but Coach Vini is always so encouraging and motivates him to keep trying.

Every class is filled with laughter, smiles and positive vibes. Thank you, Coach Vini, for making Ninja Class something my kids look forward to every single week!

My child has been attending the ninja obstacle lessons here for almost a year now, and it has been amazing watching his growth over time. We’ve seen a big improvement in his confidence, coordination, strength and overall fearlessness in trying new obstacles and challenges.

We also decided to hold his birthday party here recently, and the entire experience was fuss-free. The coaches were dedicated, energetic and clearly very experienced in managing young children. What impressed me even more was how the coaches went beyond just teaching obstacle skills — they were also helping with cake-cutting, photography, snacks and overall party coordination. It was honestly my first time seeing coaches so hands-on with all these extra “party organiser” duties on top of engaging the children throughout the session.

I really appreciated the dedication and effort from the coaches and staff. It’s definitely not an easy job managing a group of excited kids, but they handled it well and delivered a fantastic experience. The kids had an absolute blast! Thank you so much!

Great place.
What stood out wasn’t the just the fantastic location, or the well planned layout, it was the trainers!!

We booked the venue for a birthday party and the coaches curated all the ninja activities for the kids. They also managed the whole event from drop off till pick up, including cake cutting and snack time.
The kids loved the trainers and their warm caring nature.

Overall fantastic experience and would highly recommend.

My son had his 7th birthday party at Lil Ninja Academy (Orchard) yesterday and it was excellent. Coach Vini (V), Coach Estiq, and Coach Philip were amazing with the kids, very patient with 12 overexcited 6 and 7 years olds, and took them through various skills and games using the climbing walls and obstacles. They were even able to include my younger 3.5 year old son in some of the games. The coaches and Richelle were also so helpful in setting up the cake, they took care of lighting the candles, cutting the cake and handing everything out to the kids, and tidied everything up for us. I can highly recommend Lil Ninja Academy for a fun, active, and well organised birthday party. My son and all his friends had a great time and were still all talking about it when I dropped him to school this morning!

I recently hosted my daughter’s 7th birthday party at Lil Ninja, and it was fantastic from start to finish. The coach-to-child ratio was excellent, and the coaches were incredibly attentive, patient, and fully engaged with the kids throughout the session.

The entire experience was seamless-from the ease of booking to how smoothly everything ran on the day. It made the celebration stress-free for the adults and incredibly fun for the kids.

Highly recommend Lil Ninja if you’re looking for a well-organised, energetic, and kid-friendly venue for a birthday party!

What a fantastic place for a team-building event! The facility offers a great range of obstacles with different difficulty levels, ensuring there's a challenge for every skill set. We found the higher-level courses intensely challenging—so much so that a colleague fell and ended up with a fracture finger and toe (be sure to challenge yourself carefully!). Despite the mishap, we all had an excellent time bonding and pushing our limits. Big thumbs up to the friendly and professional specialist(staff) for their excellent service (their names are attached in the picture)!

I had such a fun and pleasant experience at Action Motion with my friends yesterday. We were extremely lucky because the time slot we booked ended up being just us, and there was also a Mediacorp team doing some filming. This meant the entire place was practically empty, and we pretty much had the whole venue to ourselves, which made the experience even more enjoyable.

Our facilitator, Surui, was absolutely wonderful. She was kind, patient, and very helpful throughout the entire session. She guided us through all the obstacles and games, explained everything clearly, and always made sure we felt safe and comfortable. On top of that, she even helped us take photos and videos, which we really appreciated. A special thank you to her for constantly assisting me with removing the buckle after the rock climbing section — it may seem small, but it made a big difference to the overall experience.

Because of the Mediacorp filming, the staff also kindly allowed us to extend our playtime by an additional 15 minutes, which was such a nice gesture and gave us more time to enjoy the activities.

Overall, we had a genuinely great time, and the excellent service from the staff, especially from Surui, made the experience even more memorable. Highly recommended!

Had a great time at Action Motion on a Friday evening under the guidance of our training specialists Aqilah, Qais and Galen. They were extremely patient and accompanied us throughout the full 2hr 30mins session. Aqilah and Qais clearly showed their expertise by being intentional and clear during all safety briefings. The entire process felt safe and we found ourselves to be in good hands.

The place offers a variety of activities—an interactive bouldering wall, a high rock climbing wall, a gamified trampoline, a maze and 2x obstacle course sections varying in difficulty levels. Definitely serves as a challenge to your stamina and arm strength! Overall, my friend and I had a wonderful time here and we definitely recommend a visit to this place!

If you’re new to activities like this, don’t worry at all. The team at Action Motion is fantastic — highly skilled, super friendly, and extremely reassuring. Everything kicked off with a clear briefing and some fun warm-up exercises. It was impressive how they managed to get all the kids focused and excited before the real action began.

Throughout the course, at every obstacle area, there were specialists stationed to guide us and ensure our safety.

A big shoutout and special thanks to Syahin, one of the specialists who stayed close by and supported us the entire time. He was always smiling, approachable, and made us feel so much more confident, especially when we got a little anxious. Truly, Syahin is a real asset to the team!

We booked our tickets online, and for HomeTeamNS members, do check for promotions — I snagged mine for just $12.50! Such great value for an unforgettable experience.

While we were there, we also witnessed a kids’ birthday party happening. It looked like so much fun! If you’re thinking about a unique and exciting birthday idea for your child, this place would be perfect.

All in all, we had an amazing time and are already planning to come back with more family members.

Highly recommended!

How to Choose the Best Obstacle Courses for Kids in Singapore

  • Age suitability: Check stated age, height and weight requirements before discussing an activity with your child.
  • Coach experience: Ask about instructor training, relevant certifications and experience supporting children at your child’s developmental stage.
  • Safety procedures: Confirm how briefings, equipment checks, harness fitting, belaying and emergency procedures are handled during each session.
  • Supervision levels: Understand whether coaches supervise each obstacle directly or remain nearby to assist participants when needed.
  • Adult participation: Check whether parents must accompany younger climbers, remain onsite or purchase their own participation ticket.
  • Course difficulty: Choose challenges that stretch your child without making the experience feel unnecessarily intimidating.
  • Training format: Decide between weekly coaching, casual open practice, timed competition or a recreational family session.
  • Class attention: Ask how many children share each coach and whether assistants support larger groups.
  • Progress pathways: Look for clear levels, evolving skills, constructive feedback or milestones showing how children are developing.
  • Physical benefits: Consider whether activities practise balance, coordination, grip, agility, strength and controlled whole-body movement.
  • Confidence support: Ask how instructors help shy, anxious or hesitant children attempt challenges without pressure.
  • Facility setting: Compare sheltered indoor venues with outdoor rope courses affected by heat, rain or lightning.
  • Equipment rules: Confirm whether helmets, harnesses, climbing shoes or grip socks are supplied, rented or purchased separately.
  • Schedule convenience: Review session lengths, fixed timetables, advance-booking requirements and travel time from home or school.
  • Fee clarity: Check admission, equipment rental, registration, adult-accompaniment and rescheduling costs before confirming your booking.
  • Child preferences: Select an activity format matching your child’s confidence, goals, temperament and interest in competition.
